The Fluke 1530 Series Insulation Resistance Testers have test voltages from 250 V to 2,500 V DC and overvoltage category CAT IV 600 V, making these instruments ideally suited for industrial and infrastructure applications.
In addition to insulation resistance measurement with a measuring range up to 500 GigaOhm, this series offers various diagnostic functions, such as PI (Polarization Index) and DAR (Dielectric Absorption Ratio). Model 1537 also offers DD (Dielectric Discharge) and a ramp test, in which the test voltage is increased linearly by 100 V/s. This device also offers measurement of AC and DC voltage up to 600 V, measurement of resistance in 3 measuring ranges and continuity checking, with a visual and audible indicator. The Fluke 1537 is equipped with an internal memory for storing measurement results. With the supplied PC software, these results can be reported and archived.
Of course, both the Fluke 1535 and 1537 can be equipped with KWS, whereby they are serviced and calibrated annually for a fixed price, for the life of the instrument.
