The new SRS3EC scale from Fieldpiece has EU type approval and is therefore suitable for weighing and trading refrigerants.
The device has an NMI certificate with EU-Type approval, which means it meets the requirements of the BRL100 and metrology law. If this scale is calibrated periodically and the seal on the device is not broken, it may be used for weighing and trading refrigerants.
The SRS3EC consists of a sturdy aluminum platform with rubber corners and offers a measuring range of up to 100.00 kg with a resolution of 10 grams. The construction is rainproof and can accommodate almost all types of coolant tanks. The accompanying remote control has a backlit display and a strong magnetic hanger. This allows you to hang the remote control in an easily visible place and thus work hands-free. On the underside of the weighing platform there is a handy compartment where you can store the remote control when you are not using the scale.
In addition to displaying via the supplied remote control, the measured values can also be read via the Job Link app on your phone, tablet and the Fieldpiece SM480V or SM380V manifold. This also allows you to document the coolant usage.
