Host your own seminar/workshop at WoTS 2026
During WoTS 2026, we offer exhibitors the opportunity to host their own seminar or workshop in the seminar room in Hall 9. With a 45-minute session, you reach a targeted audience that wants to actively learn and participate.
For €500 (excl. VAT), you have a fully equipped space for up to 60 participants, including AV and promotion. Furthermore, the workshops are included in visitor recruitment and made visible in the registration module.
The presentations should be content-oriented, not commercial. Exhibitors can deliver this lecture/workshop themselves or invite an expert. A maximum of two seminars/workshops is allowed per exhibitor.
What can you expect?
- A presentation/workshop of up to 45 minutes
- A room capacity of up to 60 participants
- Full facilities, including AV and audio system (headphones)
- Promotion via the WoTS website and registration module
- Attention to workshops in visitor recruitment
The sessions are scheduled on all exhibition days between 10:00 and 16:00, when the seminar room is not being used for our own exhibition seminars.
