Geveke becomes part of Atlas Copco AB. The Swedish company is taking over 100% of the shares in Geveke from the Japanese Nikkiso Co., Ltd. The German pump manufacturer Lewa GmbH is also going to Atlas Copco.
Geveke will continue to operate as an independent company within the Power & Flow division of the Atlas Copco Group. Geveke's management will remain unchanged and the takeover will have no consequences for employees.
