Helmholz Benelux appointed as PI Competence Center in the Netherlands
Helmholz Benelux has been officially appointed as a PI Competence Center (PICC) in the Netherlands by PROFIBUS & PROFINET International (PI).
In addition to supplying high-quality products for PROFINET infrastructures and industrial networks, Helmholz Benelux is now also recognized as a center of expertise. This allows it to offer in-depth technical support and knowledge of PROFINET and PROFIBUS technologies.
This recognition confirms that Helmholz Benelux meets the high quality and service standards set by the international PI community. Last October, the organization successfully completed an audit, which assessed its compliance with the stringent requirements for Quality of Service. The audits were completed successfully and without any comments.
"This designation is a significant milestone for us," says Bart Pape, technical manager of Helmholz Benelux. "It underscores our expertise in helping customers with reliable solutions for their industrial networks. With the official status of PI Competence Center, this is now recognized, and we are proud of that."
As an official PI Competence Center, Helmholz Benelux offers advice and guidance for a future-proof network architecture, based on its expertise and years of practical experience.
Training courses and workshops are also organized for engineers and maintenance teams. Furthermore, Helmholz Benelux specializes in on-site diagnostics and troubleshooting for both PROFINET and PROFIBUS.
With this combination of knowledge, service, and products, Helmholz Benelux helps companies make their industrial networks safe, efficient, and future-proof.
Xaver Schmidt, chairman of PI International, emphasizes the importance of this expansion: “With Helmholz Benelux as our new PI Competence Center, we are strengthening our international expertise and support. This ensures that our technology is not only available worldwide but also continuously maintained and developed. Competence Centers are essential for providing users worldwide access to knowledge and support.”
