HELUKABEL goes to TOC Europe 2025

From 17 to 19 June 2025, the TOC Europe 2025 trade fair will take place in Ahoy Rotterdam. TOC Europe, an established name for almost fifty years, continues to develop as the leading event for the global port and terminal chain. HELUKABEL will be present as an exhibitor in Hall 1, stand F64, and will present its product innovations in the field of energy chains and reel cables.

What can you see at the HELUKABEL stand?

HELUKABEL shows its latest innovations in the field of drag chains and reel cables. Below we explain this further:

CABLE TRAYS

Energy chains, also known as energy chains or cable chains, are used to transmit energy and signals from a fixed source to a moving destination. They protect cables and lines from wear, damage due to movement or vibration, and external influences. Energy chains ensure that cables are routed in a clear and organized manner, which optimizes the operation of machines and installations.

They are widely used in sectors such as mechanical engineering, automation technology, robotics and internal transport.

HELUKABEL will be presenting its HELUCHAIN® series at the fair, consisting of energy chains made of steel, stainless steel and plastic. The following types will be on display:

• HELUCHAIN® PLASTIC LINK 4-45
• HELUCHAIN® PLASTIC LINK 4-PL
• HELUCHAIN® STEEL LINK 4-SL (see image below)

The HELUCHAIN® STEEL LINK 4-SL is available in steel, stainless steel and hardened steel versions. They can be supplied with perforated crossbeams, foam rubber beams, plastic spacers and tubular beams – completely pre-assembled.

Applications: processing machines, food industry (stainless steel), mills, special construction machines, mining, offshore industry and more. Our specialists will be happy to advise you on completely pre-assembled energy chain solutions.

REELING CABLES

Reel cables are indispensable in many industrial applications, such as elevators, industrial trucks, transport and mining installations, and machines for construction and agriculture. Due to the high mechanical load during winding and unwinding, and the often harsh environmental conditions, high demands are placed on these cables. They therefore require special materials and constructions.

During the TOC Europe trade fair, HELUKABEL will provide an overview of the different types of reel cables and their areas of application. At the stand, you will find samples from the HELUPOWER® REELING cable series. In addition, information is available on: Festoon cables, Hoist cables, Spreader cables, Elevator cables and Mining cables.
