Great news! We recently conducted a Fan Scan in collaboration with Fan Factory to measure the satisfaction and engagement of our colleagues. The scan examines various aspects such as job satisfaction, willingness to recommend, development opportunities, leadership, work-life balance and company culture. This gives us insight into both our strengths and areas for improvement, so that together we can create an even better workplace and increase employee satisfaction.
We are happy to share the results of our Fan Scan, because we are very pleased with the high response. No less than 93% of the Boom colleagues completed the Fan Scan, which demonstrates a high level of involvement and commitment. Boom's scores on the main pillars of the research are impressive and above average. The score of 8.0, in which colleagues recommend Boom to others, is particularly high! This fantastic result, especially for a first measurement, has ensured that Boom has immediately earned 2 out of 3 stars on the Fan Scan quality mark "Best workplace in general Netherlands 2024". We are already very proud of this, but of course we are happy to look together at how it can be improved even further.
Everyone who completed the survey received a personal report with the strengths and areas for improvement of both the organization and on a personal level. “What can the organization improve?” And: “What can I do myself to increase my job satisfaction?” This last question also ties in perfectly with our core value “Ownership”. Ultimately, we have to do it together. That is why sessions have been scheduled with managers and employees to discuss the results and come up with concrete action plans that we can continue with together. On to the 3 stars!
