cCare is a concept for full automation of pH measurements. Even under the most severe process conditions, the electrode is pneumatically removed from the process. In the rinsing chamber, the electrode is rinsed with water and/or other products (acids, bases, solvents, etc.) by the patented “360° cyclone rinsing” concept. This is followed by a fully automated calibration.
By cCare drastically reduce maintenance costs because everything runs without the intervention of operators or technicians. The costs are further reduced by the life of the electrode increases significantly. cCare stands for “Cleaning – Calibration – Conservation” for good reason.
