As we prepare for 2026, we look back at 2025 and how this year was shaped by progress, partnership, and our clear commitment to Digital First. This annual review has become a tradition for us; a moment to reflect and to recognize the engineers, customers, suppliers, and colleagues who shape Eurocircuits every day. As always, you will find the key figures and graphics at the end of this summary.

Digital First in action from idea to board

2025 was the year Digital First proved its full importance. Customers, suppliers, and industry friends visited our factories in Germany and Hungary and saw our Digital Twin and Right First Time processes live on the shop floor, not as slogans, but as a fully integrated system from data upload to populated boards.

Digital First keeps you one step ahead:
– instant online pricing, digital ordering, full transparency
– automated DFM checks for Right First Time results
– a seamless flow from design data to finished, assembled boards

With our PCB Passport, our digital certificate of the process, every order comes with its own documented history. It includes key specifications, measured values and tolerances, and batch-level traceability. All documented, all transparent, and fully downloadable from your account after shipment.

Investments that expand our capability

Electronics development accelerated once again. AI, space, defense, mobility, and renewable-energy projects now depend on prototypes delivered in days, not weeks. Together with our customers, we showed that European speed and precision can match the best worldwide when design, data, and manufacturing run through one digital workflow.

To support this demand, we expanded our technologies across our factories:

  • Laser drilling & HDI pool: HDI pool grew from an 8-layer to an additional 6-layer option, with over 71 customers placing more than 104 orders.
  • Soldermask improvements: New spraying equipment ensures more consistent results and improved surface quality.
  • Via fill and planerising: Via filling technology in Aachen and new Via planerisers in both PCB factories improve multilayer reliability and open further HDI and IMS possibilities.
  • SEMI-FLEX pool: Our new 6-layer SEMI-FLEX pool adds greater design freedom for compact and flexible layouts.

These investments ensure that advanced technologies HDI, SEMI-FLEX, and complex multilayers can be produced in cost-effective pooling, with the speed, reliability, and repeatability our customers expect.

Made in Europe accountable and sustainable

Our assembly capabilities in Erkelenz (D) are now fully operational and are running in 2 shifts, forming the basis for fast, reliable assembly services with capacity set to grow further in 2026.

Production engineering also moved closer to the data: machines can be controlled directly from our CAM department, supported by in-house tools such as our projection-based population aid. The goal is clear: streamlined workflows from layout to PCB and PCBA prototypes and small series.

All Eurocircuits production remains within Europe, local, compliant, and accountable. We continued investing in energy-efficient equipment, green electricity, and responsible waste treatment. It is good business sense and the right thing to do.

Our people and community

More than 600 colleagues keep Eurocircuits running 24 hours a day across multiple shifts and locations serving the European market. Their skills and dedication make our Digital First strategy real.

We also welcomed Mathias Goossens as our new Sales Director, bringing over 20 years of international technical B2B leadership to strengthen customer support across Europe.

Our wider engineering community also continued to grow:

  • Around 80 student teams across Europe worked with our tools, technologies, and support.
  • We with hundreds of engineers at embedded world and nearly 20 regional events across Europe.
  • Around 400 participants joined us HDI pool webinars.
  • EMSnow and in4ma visited our operations and reported on how Eurocircuits supports EMS companies as a strategic partner for prototypes and NPI (Report).

Together, our people and our community continue to shape the future of European electronics.

Thank you

On behalf of our entire team, thank you for your trust and collaboration throughout 2025. We value the partnership we share with the European electronics community, and we are grateful to everyone who chooses Eurocircuits to bring their designs from concept to reliable, manufacturable hardware.

As always, you will find the key figures and graphics below.
We look forward to sharing our plans for 2026 with you at the beginning of February.
