From May 2021 you can rent a mobile emergency shower from Steendam. This ATEX protected mobile combination shower is ideal for use in situations where a temporary solution is needed.
Rinse with heated water for 15 minutes The tank capacity is no less than 1500 liters. This water is heated between 25-35 degrees. You choose the desired temperature of the rinse water yourself. After activation, the splash shower delivers 80 liters of water per minute, for the eye shower this is 12 liters. This fully complies with the applicable standards (EN 15154 and ANSI Z 358.1-2009). The splash shower is activated by a pull rod and the eye shower comes into operation by pushing the control plate away from you. After activation, the valve remains open until it is manually closed again.
ATEX equipped The pneumatic pump is driven by a cylinder filled with compressed air. A pneumatic pump eliminates the risk of spark formation, making it suitable for use in an ATEX environment. The cylinder contains more than enough compressed air to flush for at least 15 minutes.
Get - deliver service Steendam offers you the option of bringing this mobile emergency shower and setting it up ready for use if necessary. However, if there is an employee on site who is able to install and put into use yourself based on the supplied instructions for use, you can also choose to do this yourself.
