Since its foundation in 1996, Sangel Systemtechnik has developed into one of the leading manufacturers of high-quality, industrial cable assemblies and complete system assemblies for mechanical and plant engineering. The company has been working closely with HELUKABEL for many years. “We are looking forward to further intensifying our cooperation and the resulting synergies in order to be able to meet the ever-increasing demands of our customers,” explained Managing Director Frank Sangel at the time of the takeover, who will remain on board together with the rest of the management team.

Since March 2022, Sangel Systemtechnik GmbH has been part of the HELUKABEL Group. The company, headquartered in Bielefeld (Germany) and based in Plovdiv (Bulgaria), is the newest member of our group of companies.
But what does Sangel Systemtechnik actually do within the HELUKABEL Group? They manufacture cable assemblies, industrial LED lighting fixtures and system assemblies for machine and installation technology.
For HELUKABEL, the acquisition of Sangel makes sense for the product portfolio and is a further step on the way to becoming a system provider. Our goal is to further expand our range of customized complete solutions, especially for drive and automation technology – also in cooperation with our subsidiary EKD Systems. Furthermore, the new cooperation enables HELUKABEL to expand our international activities in the field of cable assembly – from Europe to Asia and North America.
