Hitma BV proudly announces its partnership with Distran AG. Swiss Distran, the world leader in portable ultrasonic leak detection technology, has appointed Hitma as the official distributor of their advanced leak detection products in the Netherlands. The partnership fits in seamlessly with Hitma's ambition to help customers reduce emissions and increase productivity and safety.

Sales, rental, service and training

With Distran's portable ultrasonic leak detection products, Hitma now has even more options to provide customers with solutions that promote operational efficiency, safety and sustainability. Hitma will also provide training for the Dutch market. In addition, it is possible to rent the detection equipment or have gas leak inspections carried out by the Hitma service department.

Acoustic gas leak detection

The Distran Ultra Pro and Distran Ultra Pro X use acoustic leak detection to detect gas leaks at long distances, without contact with the gas and even in hard-to-reach locations. Inspection times are up to 10 times shorter than with other methods.

The ultrasonic cameras detect all types of gas leaks: hydrogen, compressed air, methane, nitrogen, steam, vacuum leaks and more. By combining an integrated microphone array with an optical camera, Distran's ultrasonic cameras capture ultrasonic waves and show the exact location of the leaks.

Gamechanger

Marcelinus Verkuil, Sales Manager at Hitma, says about the collaboration: “Distran’s technology is a game changer for industrial companies focused on safety and efficiency. We are proud to now be able to offer these groundbreaking solutions to our customers in the Netherlands. Distran’s innovative technology fits perfectly with our mission to offer customers high-quality, reliable and sustainable solutions.”

Rajko Bundalo, Regional Manager at Distran, also shares his enthusiasm: “Hitma is a trusted name in the Dutch industry. Their knowledge and experience make them the ideal partner to distribute our leak detection technology in the Netherlands. We look forward to a fruitful collaboration.”
