With the introduction of the new SLIM range from Datalogic, an ultra-compact design of 32 x 15 mm is added. And thus Datalogic offers the simplest and highest mechanical flexibility for solutions on and on (semi-)automatic machines.
The SLIM screens are the ideal solution for limited spaces where you need maximum protection. For example, on assembly machines, packaging machines, filling machines, sorting machines and inspection machines. The smallest screen is 150 mm high without loss of space due to installation length. The successive lengths increase in steps of 30 mm up to the maximum length of 3600 mm.
Much faster than other screens
The ultra-compact screens are distinguished by their speed. They are up to 50% faster than comparable safety light curtains in this segment. This allows the operator to operate a machine with a more compact machine layout. The faster response time makes it possible to mount the screen closer to the dangerous area.

Available as finger and hand safety in 14, 24 and 34 mm resolution. By using the minimum safety distance to the area to be protected and the required resolution more flexibly (and cost-effectively).
- Guaranteed to be suitable for any standard and available in type 2 and type 4 (EN61496-1), PL c or e (EN ISO 13849-1) and SIL 1 or 3 (IEC 61508).
- Easy to wire on both sides with standard M12-5-pin connection.
- Can be linked in cascade while maintaining resolution in the transitions.
- Equipped with a full metal housing.
