GATHER Industrie GmbH has developed a stainless steel quick coupling with adapter for IBC containers.

This coupling is simply screwed onto the standard thread (S60x6) of the IBC outlet opening.

This new quick coupling with adapter is based on the proven technology of the well-known DBG ('Dry break') quick coupling.

This allows for very simple, quick and leak-free connection and disconnection to the IBC container.

Nipple with welded end piece according to DIN 11866/A/DN32 and welded S60x6 container connection

Seals in various – also FDA-compliant – materials (including EPDM, FKM)

Surface roughness according to hygiene class H2 (Ra ≤ 0.8 µm) on request
