Current injector probes from Com-Power are used for RF conductivity testing according to IEC 61000-4-6, CISPR 16-1-2, RTCA DO-160 and MIL-STD 461.
If no suitable Coupling Decoupling Networks (CDN) is available for the port under test, these current injectors are used in combination with spectrum analyzers or EMI receivers. This injects a large amount of RF current into a cable instead of directly into a port.
The CLCI-100 and CLCI-400 are constructed with split core ferrites in a robust hinged housing, which combines durable use and convenience.
The CLCI-100 has a frequency range from 10 kHz to 100MHz and complies with IEC61000-4-6. The CLCI-400 has a frequency range from 10 kHz to 400MHz and complies with MIL-STD-461 and RTCA DO-160.
A calibration fixture is available separately.
