The Sustainability & Circularity seminar is all about the crucial role of the electronics industry in promoting a circular economy. We discuss how we as an industry, from design to production, can and should contribute to reducing environmental pollution by extending the lifespan of products and reusing materials. 

Circular design and sustainability are more relevant than ever for our sector, partly due to the scarcity of materials and raw materials that we have all been dealing with for some time now. Preparations for the lecture program are in full swing, but we would like to give you a sneak preview. Some of the topics that will be discussed are:

• Sustainable development and production
• Regulations
• Recycling (reuse and transformation of raw materials)
• Repair / restoration obligation
• Refurbishment
