To strengthen our administration team Service, we are looking for:
Administrative Commercial Service Employee
The activities of the service administration include;
• Within the service department you are the initial point of contact for both customers and colleagues. This means you speak to customers by telephone in mostly Dutch and sometimes French (Belgian customers) and sometimes English. You sense when you can email and when you can call and switch between your colleagues.
• Processing incoming email requests within the service is not difficult for you.
• Processing the service administration such as daily service receipts from engineers, entering contracts or making orders that are necessary for the service engineers,
• Creating service quotes and repair quotes that are submitted monthly or ad hoc,
• Management of calibration equipment, vacuum pumps and various supplies for service engineers
Due to a fairly large daily input from work, you will not easily sit still, but there is certainly room to have a nice conversation with your colleagues. The team is diverse and certainly up for fun and knows, just like you, when you need to work hard and when you can take it easy.

– Experience in a comparable commercial position is an advantage, minimum demonstrable affinity,
