Shimadzu Benelux, a subsidiary of Shimadzu Corporation, is responsible in the Benelux region for the Sales, Support and Service of the analytical equipment from the Shimadzu Corporation portfolio in the market segments: food, pharma, environmental, clinical and automotive. The Sales, Support and Service departments of Shimadzu Benelux, with a total of more than 60 employees, operate from the office in 's-Hertogenbosch.

• SALES ENGINEER LIQUIDCHROMATOGRAPHY-MASS SPECTROMETRY (2X)
Job description:
As a Sales Engineer you are the calling card of Shimadzu Benelux. From your home office you are responsible for the sales of instruments and total solutions within your product portfolio and region. You achieve the agreed targets, you have close contact with your colleagues within the team and you report directly to the Sales Manager Benelux.
What is expected of you:
• Contacting potential customers and managing current relationships.
• Implementation of a sales plan in collaboration with the Sales Manager.
• Quotation preparation and development with effective follow-up.
• Sound communication between the internal organization and (potential) customers.
• An active contribution during trade fairs and user days.
Your profile:
• At least 3 years of experience in a comparable commercial position.
• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in a chemical field, with an affinity for analytical chemistry.
• Laboratory experience with GC and/or GCMS, LC and/or LCMS
• Independent, solution-oriented with an eye for maximum customer satisfaction.
Good communication skills, where a good command of the English language is an advantage.
In possession of driving license B.
Familiar with SAP CRM or a comparable CRM package in combination with Microsoft Office 365.
