At the SPS 2022 (08 – 10 November, Nuremberg), the HELUKABEL Group will be presenting itself more actively than ever as a system supplier for electrical connection technology. In hall 2, stand 230/231, we will be presenting our tailor-made solutions for industrial automation – from cables to ready-made, prefabricated drag chains.
The reliable transmission of energy and data is a basic requirement for successful industrial automation. HELUKABEL has been committed to this for more than 40 years – and is constantly developing its product portfolio. With the acquisition of the companies EKD Systems and Sangel Systemtechnik, both of which have been active on the market for many years, the HELUKABEL Group has recently also started offering drag chains, cable assemblies and pre-assembled system modules. The aim is to provide targeted support to various industries, such as mechanical engineering, with tailor-made, complete solutions.
Our cables and wires are used in industry, for example in drag chains or robots. The data and control cables of the ROBOFLEX series, for example, are designed primarily for highly dynamic and three-dimensional use. They are equally resistant to tension, pressure, bending and torsion. ROBOFLEX recycle also convinces with its very good oil resistance and excellent resistance to weld beads. Through our subsidiary Robotec-Systems, we are also specialized in ready-made and assembled hose packages for robotics.
The MULTISPEED series is suitable for extreme mechanical stress in drag chains. We also have a wide range of data, network and BUS cables available. These include, for example, HELUKAT copper or HELUCOM fibre optic cables, which have excellent transmission properties even under harsh conditions. As a reliable partner for drive technology, HELUKABEL also supplies motor, encoder and hybrid cables for servo drives and all associated accessories. The single cable solutions of the TOPSERV Hybrid series support all known digital interfaces such as DSL, EnDat or EtherCAT. This applies to both the PVC and PUR product versions.
