Celduc's updated solid state relay program can be divided into three groups:
- random or direct switching for motors, for example
- zero cross or zero crossing switching, with integrated protection and therefore suitable for most loads
- zero cross or zero crossing switching, optimized for resistive loads, such as heating elements.
These relays are supplied in a slim sightpac housing measuring only 45mm wide x 100 x 48mm. The maximum current is 20A at 640Vac.
For applications with higher currents from 24 to 85A at 600Vac, the SSR is housed in the flat cell3pac housing of 77 x 100 x 35mm housing. This is particularly advantageous in versions with forced cooling, where the building height is quite low compared to other providers. The connections can be made with spring-cage terminals or screw terminals.
In addition to solid state relays with an on/off function up to 125A, Celduc also offers proportional relays that send out sinuses with phase control or a pulse train and can thus control heating elements, among other things.
And three-phase reversing relays are also available especially for motor controls.
Celduc relays are optionally equipped with a sub-surface heat sink, depending on the duty cycle, duty cycle and the required power. We can calculate this for you.
