January 1, 2015: everyone switches to the work costs scheme

As of January 1, 2015, the Work Expenses Scheme (WKR) is mandatory for every employer. The discussion in the House of Representatives sheds new light on the regulations. State Secretary Wiebes indicates, for example, that for a social company outing, travel and accommodation costs are tax-free (in addition to the free space) and that fitness is tax-free under certain circumstances, even outside the workplace.
