Update of FHI General Terms and Conditions – share your thoughts with us
Many members use the FHI General Terms and Conditions in their daily practice. They form an important basis for quotes, orders, and collaborations.
At the same time, we see that laws and regulations, market conditions, and forms of collaboration continue to evolve. Therefore, we want to update the Terms and Conditions so that they continue to align with our members' practices in the future.
We've received feedback and suggestions on this matter recently. We'd now like to take the next step: a broad survey among our members. What's working well? What challenges are you facing? And where do you see room for improvement?
Together with FHI Advies and its members, we want to explore what adjustments are needed. Your experience in daily practice is invaluable.
