ASML is seeing a sharp increase in turnover and profit

- The RIVM reported 38,282 positive corona tests on Wednesday, but this figure was distorted by a malfunction. The actual number is probably much higher.
- ASML booked with a turnover of 18.6 billion euros last year, 35 percent more turnover than in 2020, while the profit amounted to 5.8 billion euros. The chip machine manufacturer expects sales growth of another 20 percent this year. ASML is also increasingly benefiting from the higher demand for software upgrades for chip machines that customers already have.
