AE Sensors has had the T24 wireless data transfer system in its program for some time, in which sensor output signals can be transmitted wirelessly. New in this program is a readout with a handheld display of a load cell for use in an explosion hazard environment. The X24-ACMi transmitter can be used together with the Depending on the environment, a distance of up to 800 meters can be bridged. With the handheld display, various channels can be read by switching to the next one with the scan button. This display also has a tare function. Extensive programming is possible via the T24 Toolkit software. With a T24 base station, contact can be made (in a safe area) with both the transmitter and the receiver to obtain the desired setting. Both transmitter and display are powered by 2 AA batteries each.
