Thermal simulation tools are now standard in experimental techniques for engineers to calculate and analyze the various designs.
Using, among other things, the heat and CFD calculations, the recommended adjustments are then evaluated, something that can be easily performed using the sensitivity analyses.
Only when it has been proven that the recommended adjustments actually produce an improvement will the best designs be experimentally verified.
By going through the numerous design steps together with the proposed industrial design changes, the most optimal design is the end result.
This significantly reduces costs and ensures a fast Time-To-Market (TTM).
