bMotion is a highly modular and easy to combine drive platform that consists of numerous predefined variants. Within this new product line, pre-validated and market-specific combinations are available for both new and existing customers. With this new platform, Bühler Motor offers excellent application support and fixed lead times for samples, pre-series parts and series parts. This bMotion platform offers you added value as a customer and ensures a flawless customer service experience.
You will experience benefits already in the development phase because you will gain insight into a particularly broad spectrum of solutions. Different drives in your application can be selected as a single source at Bühler's bMotion. Likewise, drive combinations for unique application requirements are also available.
The main advantage for you is that the drive solution does not have to be developed customer-specifically, but the solution is configurable to each application requirements (configure-to-order). This reduces both the development and implementation timing for you, as well as your costs. It also does not matter which customization is required, e.g. windings, pinions as well as special shaft length, EMC suppression and temperature sensors, they are all adaptable.
To cover the increased need for predictive maintenance, temperature sensors are available for condition monitoring. In order to offer such flexibility in combination with fixed lead times, Bühler Motor has implemented new processes to realize this goal for its new and existing customers.
Bühler has completely switched to a digital order management system, for fast and efficient order processing and a versatile production environment. In this way, batch sizes of up to 200 pieces can be processed. In addition, this advanced production concept guarantees full traceability of materials, process values and engine performance data.
