Redi-Rail® metric rails are precision machined for optimal precision and parallelism. An aluminum rail integrated with hardened steel axles provides a lightweight design without compromising the strength of the rails. The redi rails are equipped with pre-drilled holes to enable quick installation and mounting. They can be optimized for corrosion resistance through 440 stainless steel shafts and can be implemented in various applications; including vending machines, robot dispensing, large format door frames, industrial linear guides and logistics solutions.
The redi-rail metric carriages are an economical solution, designed for precise linear guidance. Thanks to PBC Linear's patented pre-tension adjustment via the side, the redi-rail carriage can be quickly adjusted to the optimal setting for your application. The rollers are shielded from contamination, making the Redi-Rail metric wagons ideal for use in machine tools and/or heavy industrial and other polluting environments. The cart is made of anodized aluminum alloy and has threaded mounting holes. The bearings are sealed, double-row ball bearings that are lubricated for life. The metric carriage is also equipped with a seal to allow the machine to operate in difficult environments. Using a roller design with a specific curve, the Redi-Rail metric carriage moves along the rail for a guaranteed, repeatable movement. Redi-Rail metric wagons are a perfect solution for high-speed, medium-load applications in various industries.
