Checklist of changes to the Working Conditions Act

We have already arranged a number of points for you, but some matters you can only handle yourself in your company. With our checklist you can quickly see what you (still) need to do to comply with the Working Conditions Act.

Pool second opinion

One of the amendments to the Working Conditions Act concerns the implementation of the second opinion. ArboNed makes for one second opinion currently using a pool of registered company doctors from occupational health and safety service providers HumanCapitalCare BV and Mensely BV. From April 1, 2018, ArboNed will join the national and industry-wide pool of company doctors who perform second opinions. We have incorporated this change in our conditions of cooperation, which form an integral part of your contract with ArboNed as an appendix.

What do you have to do?

The right of consent of the works council (OR) or employee representation (PVT) applies to these conditions of cooperation. Don't have either? Then you coordinate it with your employees. You will keep the signed copy in your administration as part of the legally required basic contract and you do not have to return it to us. Finally, you are obliged to inform your employees about this.
