Expansion of our machining center
Due to continued growth and constant busyness, we have purchased 2 brand new STYLE CNC lathes for our CNC Machine Park. This enables us to accelerate and optimize production processes.
Our machining center employs specialists who are very well trained and have a wealth of experience! Our very extensive machine park makes it possible to order parts individually or in series. You can also arrange your entire annual needs with us.
A selection of our options:
- We can provide sprockets, gears, couplings, V-belt pulleys or timing belt pulleys with sized bores and manufacture them according to drawings.
- It is also possible to manufacture shafts, bushes, flanges and transport rollers according to drawings. Whether it concerns steel, stainless steel or plastic, the material is no problem for us.
- Chains can be adjusted to length and can also be fitted with cleats.
- We can cut and weld timing belts. With our timing belt welding and cutting machine from Optibelt we can make any desired width and length for you, using a finger joint connection.
- We also have a complete workshop including test facilities for assembling gear and worm gear reducers. This enables us to assemble every gear unit and provide it with a test certificate with torque and pressure test. Each gear unit has a unique number, which simplifies traceability. The test certificate is supplied with the gear unit but can also be requested digitally on the Motive website.
