Celduc's SDI solid state relays have been upgraded with stronger IGBTs.
These relays are protected against overcurrent, short circuit of the load, against overvoltage and transients and have temperature monitoring. The ultra-low Rds-On minimizes power losses and heating.
The SDI is available in three versions:
- 750Vdc/50A with 24-48Vdc control
- 750Vdc/50A with 72-110Vdc control
- 750Vdc/100A with 24-48Vdc control
Typical applications are EV charging and propulsion, in trains and trams or for switching power circuits in renewable energy.
