Defense shows Exciting Technology with JSF simulator

Defense is making a big splash at the WoTS. On behalf of the Royal Netherlands Air Force, the fair visitor can imagine themselves as a pilot in a Joint Strike Fighter simulator. This ultra-modern fighter aircraft, also known as the F-35, will replace the F-16 from 2019.

The simulator can be found in a Defense trailer set up on the exhibition floor. A VR trailer can also be admired there. This shows how infantrymen communicate with each other. The Amarok all-terrain vehicle, the Defense all-rounder, can also be viewed 'in real life'.

The Defense stand can be found in hall 8 with stand number 8A053. It is part of Exciting Technology, a part of the WoTS in which non-profit institutions showcase interesting technology projects.
