DXRH ROTARY AXIS, ETEL's new 1 DOF high-end rotary stage

ETEL recently introduced a new rotary stage; The DXRH

Thanks to its standardized interface, this module is fully compatible with all ETEL control and operating systems, allowing you to quickly set up a reliable system.

The excellent performance of the stage is partly due to the best encoder and bearing technology from HEIDENHAIN.

The DXRH systems feature a 360,000 line angle measuring system and an unmatched mechanical concept, comparable to air bearing systems without the associated complexity.

The main specifications guaranteed by the product are:

• Positional stability: ± 2.5 mArcSec
• Position Accuracy: ± 3 ArcSec
• Bidirectional repeatability: ± 0.25 ArcSec
• radial runout: ± 1 µm
• large hollow axle of 53 mm
• ISO 1 cleanliness
