Malfunctions are a source of annoyance, cause downtime or hinder your process and therefore cost money. So a quick solution is a must. The new PENKO cable connection box type SJB190 makes this possible. Each force transducer, up to four per weighing system, is monitored individually. Deviations outside the set tolerances are made visible on the display and reported via a potential-free contact.
On the front of the instrument you will find a bright OLED display, which is not easily overshadowed, with control push buttons. This allows you to check the measurement signal of each force transducer separately and compare it simultaneously with the average signal of all transducers and the supply voltage. You can see immediately without searching whether, for example, a cable break is present, a force transducer is drifting or was overloaded. If necessary, you can take preventive action and replace the defective transducer.
You can use this intelligent connection box instead of the usual one, because no external power supply is required. Delivery takes place optionally in a robust plastic (IP65) or stainless steel (IP66) housing, both suitable for wall mounting.
