Thomson recently introduced the new Warner H-Track electric linear actuator with self-contained hydraulic drive to meet the demand for reliable, robust actuators. H-Track actuators feature patented fluid drives that can withstand high loads under extreme use, with a more compact footprint than other actuators of the same load capacity, and with excellent fluid tightness and corrosion resistance. These actuators can be used in a variety of industrial applications, including spray booms, snow plows, patient lifts and mower deck lifts. The H-Track is hermetically sealed, contaminant-free for long life and maintenance-free.
This innovative actuator delivers hydraulic performance without the space and expense of a larger hydraulic system. The H-Track utilizes an external gear pump connected to a reservoir and actuator, and is Warner’s most impact resistant actuator. The H-Track pump is polished, cleaned, flushed and vacuum filled with degassed hydraulic fluid. The units resist slippage and hold a load in place during load reversal without actuation, allowing the H-Track to withstand high wind loads and abrupt or bouncing load changes.

Special Features of the H-Track Actuator:

• The hydraulic drive provides up to 21.35 kN of force (4800 lbf) and speeds of approximately 100 mm (4″) per second.
• The anodized aluminum housing is corrosion-resistant and protects against dirt, dust, moisture and many aggressive substances.
• Temperature range from -26 ºC to +65 ºC (-20 ºF to +150 ºF). Standard available in -40 ºC to +54 ºC (-40 ºF to +130 ºF) and -18 ºC to +80 ºC (0 ºF to +180 ºF).
• Standard stroke lengths of 51, 102, 152, 203, 254, 305, 356, 406 mm (2″, 4″, 6″, 8″, 10″, 12″, 14″ and 16″).
• IP69K Dynamic/IP67 Static.
• The bar does not require any torsional restraint.
