High Tech Electronics Production of Smd-Tec
With the introduction of the renovated business premises, a complete electronics production department was also introduced. The demand for innovation and new developments made EVA Optic choose the Essemtec Puma combined Pasta Jetter + Pick&Place. This does away with the traditional way of production and combines a space-saving solution to both apply paste and place components with the same machine.
To provide a total solution, production has been further expanded with, among other things, a convection reflow oven, an IBL Vapor Phase machine, a Pillarhouse THT selective soldering machine and a Viscom X-ray system for optimal quality and process assurance.
