Every year, FHI partner ArboNed makes a comparison between FHI members and the total ArboNed database. The annual report reveals a number of developments within the various technology sectors in the field of absenteeism.

The most important conclusions:

  • A total of 228 FHI members are affiliated with ArboNed via FHI (with a discount).
  • the customer satisfaction scores are higher than in 2019 and above the ArboNed average
  • net absenteeism decreased from 3.9% to 3.8% compared to 2019. By promoting partial recovery by ArboNed alone, FHI members saved €329 per employee per year
  • the reporting frequency decreased from 0.74 to 0.54
  • Although the share of absenteeism caused by psychological disorders is smaller, it is still high
  • work-related absenteeism has decreased by 22 to 37 cases
