Every year, FHI partner ArboNed makes a comparison between FHI members and the total file of ArboNed. In the annual report, a number of developments are visible within the various technology branches in the field of, among other things, absenteeism.

The most striking findings in the 2022 industry report at a glance:

  • The number of member companies on December 31, 2022 decreased by 7 to 169 compared to December 31, 2021. The number of employees decreased by 172 to 2,840.
  • Customer satisfaction decreased by 0.2 percentage points: FHI members rated the expert support provided by ArboNed with a 7.8.
  • Absenteeism (3.4 percent) increased by 0.2 percentage points compared to 2021. Nevertheless, FHI members score significantly better than the benchmark
  • The average absence durations of the various diagnosis categories have increased, but on average are longer than the benchmark.
  • According to the company doctor, the relationship between disability and work could hardly or not at all be established.
  • There were 2 industrial accidents registered.
