Inspection of technical installations sometimes requires access to components that are difficult to reach or located deep within complex equipment. Examples include turbines, heat exchangers, gearboxes, pipes and engines. A videoscope allows you to insert a camera through a small opening to clearly view the relevant components. Because videoscopes save hours of inspection time, organisations can perform inspections more frequently, which means problems are detected earlier and better maintenance measures can be taken.
EURO-INDEX introduces the Fluke DS701 and DS703 FC, two videoscopes that have been specially developed for use in heavy industrial conditions. The devices are supplied with a flexible probe (8.5 mm) with dual camera, zoom function from macro to micro and adjustable LED lighting. Up is Up® technology rotates the display of the image to the correct position, regardless of the position of the probe. Model DS701 has a resolution of 800 x 600 pixels. Model DS703 FC offers an HD resolution of 1280 x 720 pixels and Fluke Connect, with which you can stream the images and videos live on a smartphone or PC and also share them with your colleagues or client.
