Kenny Schraven, Automation Engineer at GEA, explains that they previously used a different remote access solution aimed only at engineers, which meant they could only use VPN. They wanted a more comprehensive solution and started working with IXON Cloud. GEA was one of the first beta users to migrate to the new IXON Cloud platform.
Since GEA started using IXON Cloud, they have experienced several benefits. The user management system is very extensive, making it possible to set up different roles and groups with specific access rights and permissions in a more extensive way than before.
