As an entrepreneur or HR manager in the technology sector, you want to be sure your employment conditions are correct – both legally and industry-specifically. FHI's Framework Employment Conditions Agreement (RAO) helps you achieve this.

A solid foundation for your employment conditions

The FHI-RAO offers a clear and reliable reference for employment conditions common in the technology industry. You'll find not only a practical interpretation of statutory labor law requirements, but also agreements and regulations common to our sector.

This way you can be sure that:

  • complies with current laws and regulations;
  • is in line with what is normal and appropriate in the industry;
  • have a professional and consistent basis for your HR policy.

What has changed recently?

The RAO has been updated in several important areas. Below you will find a summary of the most important changes:

The most recent update of the RAO was compiled by the HRM group within FHI, in collaboration with FHI partner Vestius Advocaten. This ensures you have up-to-date knowledge of employment law and practical application in the technology industry.

As an FHI member, you can adopt or adapt texts from the RAO for internal regulations within your company. This means you don't have to start from scratch. You use the RAO as a foundation and tailor it to your organization, culture, and ambitions.

This saves time and provides certainty.
