Renxin's RX612-163-A4 pin heat sink series provides lighting designers and luminaire manufacturers with an efficient solution to easily integrate high-power COB LEDs such as the Citizen CLU-04Q and others into their lighting designs.
The RX612-163-A4 has a circular base of Ø163mm and a thickness of 10mm. 386 individual pins of Ø3mm by 60mm are positioned on it. The design is optimized for maximum thermal behavior for both forced air flow and natural convection. By using Al1050 alloy (95% purity) the heatsink delivers a thermal conductivity of 226 W/mK.
Thanks to the optimized geometry, the weight is limited to under 1020 grams. The COB LEDs can be securely mounted with screws, clamps or adhesive foil, which offers flexibility during assembly.
The Renxin RX612-163-A4 guarantees efficient heat dissipation, which contributes to stable and long-term operation of the LED lighting.
