HARTING has been designing and manufacturing industrial connectors for 75 years, with a focus on products that are easy to handle, durable and adaptable. However, as markets and industries develop, customers are increasingly looking for tailor-made solutions.
All custom products are built in our factory in 's-Hertogenbosch and are based on leading connectors from the extensive HARTING range.
Using these standard products, we design cable assemblies for the transmission of data, signals and power. Thanks to our expertise, we have created solutions for a wide range of markets, including transportation, machine and factory technology, automation technology, data centers and energy distribution. Other specializations include building boxes and intercar jumpers for the railway market. We can also support you with thorough in-house testing of cabling and wiring.
Regardless of the level of complexity, we have the capacity to produce tailor-made solutions and project-specific assemblies to meet your needs, including component installation, efficient wiring harness routing and fabrication. To assist you further, our design team can pre-create a 3D CAD visualization of your construction to ensure absolute accuracy before production begins.
We offer a wide range of universal M12 circular connectors, available with a traditional screw connection or the new, fast PushPull locking mechanism. Other options include RJ45, the perfect solution for transmitting high data rates in harsh industrial environments. Like the M12, they are available with PushPull connection technology for installations where space is limited.
We also offer the innovative ix Industrial®, which is a perfect solution for the next generation of miniaturized products, as the PCB socket 70% is smaller than the RJ45 socket. Furthermore, the ix combines both data transmission and power supply in a single interface.
For the rail industry, our intercar jumpers are designed for connections between railcars, including roof or underfloor systems, to ensure a reliable supply of data, signals and power within the train. The Han-Modular® series allows you to create a flexible and versatile solution by combining separate inserts for different transmission media in standard-sized industrial connector housings. The series offers more than a hundred different inserts, allowing for a wide range of customizable combination options.
