Are you having problems with synchronizing the roller conveyors? Or do you need help setting up an optical inspection system?
The frequency multiplier FM210 from Motrona can be used to synchronise multiple roller conveyors. For this purpose, the frequency is recorded by a sensor on the conveyor belt. The FM210 converts the input frequency into the output frequency via the freely adjustable reduction ratio. This data is then used for the precise synchronisation of the stepper motor of the subsequent roller conveyor.
Another application of the FM210 can be found in optical inspection systems. Depending on the line speed, the FM210 provides the pulse width for the camera system that corresponds to the image area of the camera to be inspected. The activation of the camera can then easily be realized by a photocell. This allows large objects to be seamlessly combined into one complete image using a number of different individual images.
The new frequency multiplier FM210 is, in short, the electronic gear among signal converters!
With the freely configurable ratio between input and output signal and without cumulative residual errors and excellent control behavior, precise and vibration-free frequency transmission is guaranteed.
