Revision of FHI General Terms and Conditions of Delivery

The FHI industry terms and conditions play an important role in the sale and delivery of products and services by technology companies to their customers. In order to ensure that members continuously have access to delivery conditions that work well in practice, FHI has slightly revised the FHI General Delivery Conditions in collaboration with Lara Smeets, affiliated with Lexsigma Advocaten. The conditions are currently exclusively available to companies affiliated with FHI.

Naturally, we advise you to read the entire document carefully. This is a slight revision of the conditions. The changes made are limited and were partly based on input from the members. To make it a little easier for you, we have also drawn up a short overview of the most important changes.
