In moving applications vibrations and transverse forces can occur, which can be absorbed by the spring contacts. Now a permanent contact is guaranteed.
The HSK 5455 is designed for a continuous current up to 400A. The contact pin is suitable for contacting soft solder tabs, hard battery contacts but also ideal for power rails. By using high-quality materials such as silver and copper, a low contact resistance of only ≤ 0.2mΩ has been achieved. The HSK is surprisingly compact: 61.9mm x Ø 14mm.
Manufacturers and suppliers in the EV segment in particular place high demands on the contacts incorporated in their power supply and test systems.
