The E+E HTS401 series is an advanced modular humidity and temperature sensor for demanding climate applications. The device is designed for robust, reliable measurements even in extreme environmental conditions, chemical stress, high humidity and during intensive cleaning.
The sensor combines a protective sensor coating, Automatic ReCovery (ARC) and a Condensation Guard (CG) To actively prevent condensation and corrosion. This ensures stable readings, a longer service life, and less maintenance.
Thanks to rapidX technology can the sensor module can be replaced without tools in about 10 minutes, including filter and access, without process interruption. Each module is pre-calibrated with a digital certificate (DIN EN 10204-3.1), which guarantees quick installation and reliable results.
With a wide measuring range of 0–100 % RH and temperatures of –40 °C to +80 °C, and high accuracy of ±0.95 % RH and ±0.1 °C, the HTS401 provides precise data for climate control and process control.
The sensor supports digital (RS-485/Modbus RTU) and analog outputs, is IP65 / NEMA 4X protected and easy to integrate with configuration via E+E's PCS10 software. Typical applications include HVAC systems, data centers, cleanrooms, agricultural sites and food & beverage processes.
