Vinatech's VPC hybrid supercapacitor plays a crucial role in Samsung's One-Solar Remote Control, which uses a sensitive solar cell to charge Vinatech's VPC hybrid supercaps extremely efficiently. This eliminates the need for rechargeable or interchangeable batteries, contributing to a more sustainable society.

With an optimized design, VPC's hybrid supercaps provide more than 10 times the energy density of standard supercaps, while at the same time excelling in fast charge and discharge performance, a long lifespan of more than 20,000 cycles (at 100% DoD), and a wide operating temperature range of -25 to +85°C. In addition, the VPCs provide safe operation even in the event of a short circuit or overcurrent.

With an operating voltage of 2.5 to 3.8V, in line with modern electronic devices, Vinatech's VPC hybrid supercaps meet the stringent demands of today's applications.
