VinaTech already has a lithium doped capacitor series, the VinaTech Pulse Capacitor (VPC), in a cylindrical 'can' package. This combination of a hybrid capacitor and a Lithium Ion battery, is now also available as a 'pouch' package, similar to that of LiPo batteries.
This VinaTech pouch series has a nominal voltage of 3.8V, comparable to Lithium Ion and is available in the following versions:

In addition to the advantages of hybrid supercapacitors, such as low ESR, a wide temperature range and high discharge currents, the pouch variant offers a very compact design and an even lower weight compared to conventional pulse capacitors.
