Good news for exhibitors who are still unsure about participating in the Tech Award: the registration deadline has been extended until the end of June. Has your company introduced a novelty that you are proud of between October 2020 and May 2022? Then you still have one month to register for this prestigious award that has been a crowd puller at the WoTS for years. But don't wait too long because as soon as the voting module live you will have to wait two years before you can participate again.
The TechAward is traditionally presented on the last WoTS day to the company that has launched the most innovative product or service. Each 'world' on WoTS has its own TechAward ceremony. World of Electronics exhibitors who believe their product or service qualifies for the coveted prize can register via the WoTS website.
Actively solicit votes
Registration closes at the end of June and the voting module opens immediately afterwards. The public can vote online until August 31. An excellent opportunity to bring your company to the attention of colleagues and competitors! We recommend that you actively recruit votes, for example through your social media channels, because we know from experience that participants who publicize their TechAward entry have a better chance of being nominated!
Increase your visibility
Votes will be counted between September 1 and September 5 and a professional jury of 12 specialists will assess all entries. On September 5, the WoTS organization will announce the four nominees per world and then the fun can really begin. The nominees will have the opportunity to profile themselves on the exhibition floor! They can bring their innovation to the attention of WoTS visitors on a column in a special 'TechAward street'.
At the fair, visitors immediately cast their vote for his/her favorite novelty. The awards ceremony will take place on the last day of the fair. We will of course give this a festive touch and the winner can expect the necessary press attention.
New! Green Tech Award
WoTS 2022 is the first edition at which the Green Tech Award will be presented. The exhibitor who can demonstrate that the innovation introduced makes a demonstrably positive contribution to sustainability has a chance to win this Green Tech Award.
