Gilson shows the analysis of color additives in food via SPE. In this application shown, the AOAC method 988.13 is automated using the Gilson GX274 ASPEC. The ASPEC provides the complete method using SPE and processes four samples in parallel to later analyze the additives with UV/Vis spectrometry.

At the stand of JSB you will receive an explanation of the analysis methods including HPLC-GC-FID and GCxGC-MS for quantifying and qualifying various co-eluting hydrocarbon contaminants. The MOSH MOAH specialist Dr. Sebastian Saeger present to answer your questions.
